REFUNDS + EXCHANGES
COVID-19 RETURN POLICY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE:
We are not accepting ANY returns at this time due to COVID-19. If you have any problems with your purchase, please notify us immediately so we can try to resolve any issues.
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of your order being delivered. All items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached, and unworn. If the items are not resalable, you will not receive a refund or exchange. The customer is responsible for all return or exchange shipping fees. Please indicate on your invoice whether you are returning or exchanging. For exchanges, indicate the desired product on your invoice.

Make sure to keep your tracking number on hand. We are not responsible for any packages that do not get delivered to us if you do not have records of your shipment.

We ship all US orders via USPS Ground free of charge within 1-3 business days. If you would like to expedite shipping, please choose the UPS Next Day or 2nd Day option at checkout. There is an additional charge for all expedited shipments.
All international orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail within 1-3 business days. All international shipments will be a calculated shipping rate based on your location. We are not responsible for any additional customer or VAT fees.
